It is considered that this contract can be placed using the negotiated procedure without prior publication pursuant to Regulation 16(1)(a)(i) of the Defence and Security Public Contract Regulations 2011 due to a failed competition caused by the absence of suitable responses to Lot 6 of the previous restricted procedure reference 2023S/ 000-014611.
The framework agreement has a duration of three (3) years.
