The brief

Mid Sussex District Council (the Council) invites tenders for the provision of Low Carbon Community Energy Hub Study.

To support the Government's aim of driving local climate action, the Council wishes to create a business case and assessment tool for the development of Low Carbon Community Energy Hubs in rural communities.

The Commencement Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on Monday 01 August 2022 at 09:00 hours and finish on the 31st March 2023.

The Council is procuring this contract via a Further Competition Procedure under Lot 9 - Environmental Sustainability and Social-economic Development of the CCS RM6187 Management Consultancy Framework Three (MCF3).

The Council is inviting all shortlisted Suppliers which have been identified through the CCS management consultancy digital filtering tool.

The Council will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed in the Project Brief.

The Council has a maximum budget of £50,000, and is seeking to contract with an organisation that has a high level of technical expertise and knowledge, and will deliver the project to the highest levels of satisfaction, professional standards and cost effectiveness.
