Tenders are invited for the supply of Provision of Best Interest Assessors, in respect of Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) Assessment Frameworks and the statutory requirements of the Mental Health Act of 2007.
These will be procured through a single formal tender process.
Service Providers are invited to bid for the contract and in doing so are required to demonstrate their relevant knowledge and experience of having provided similar services previously to those being tendered.

There will be an option to extend the Framework Agreement for up to a further one year, subject to satisfactory performance, funding and business needs.
