Falmouth Exeter Plus (FXPlus) is looking to appoint a single contractor to carry out the Eco Block project in Glasney Parc Block A at the Penryn Campus, Penryn.
The scope of work includes the following: • Decommissioning and removing/ making safe the existing gas-powered heating system. • Designing and installing an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) system to replace the current heating system. • Restoring any affected areas after installation to match the existing building design, ensuring compliance with building regulations and fire compartmentation requirements • Designing and installing a 40kWp (or higher capacity) photovoltaic (PV) system on the roof
