To include the provision of a 24-hour, 365 days per year call out facility to respond to emergency call outs, day to day repairs or faults as deemed necessary.
The Contracting Authorities wish to appoint a Supplier who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet the requirements and who offers the most advantageous tender.
It is anticipated that the contract term will be from 10th November 2025 to 9th November 2027, with the option of 3 x 12 month extensions (subject to contract review and budget availability).
