HS1 Ltd (hereafter "HS1") is to enter into a new 'Media & PR Services : Corporate Communications' Agreement from 01 November 2023 on a 3-year +1+1 contractual basis, as the current contract ends 31st October 2023.

Therefore, HS1 is seeking expressions of interest from potential bidders to be included in the next stage, which will be a PQQ / RFP for the services.

The full scope of service, defining HS1's requirement, will be provided at the RFP stage.

However, an outline of the scope of service has been provided as an attachment with this request for expressions of interest, to give recipients enough information to decide whether or not HS1's requirement is something they could realistically deliver.
