The brief

NHS England will be commencing a Market Engagement event for the following opportunity in support of NHS Talking Therapies for Anxiety and Depression Training.

We would like to invite all interested parties to attend the market engagement webinar to understand the expansion of NHS Talking Therapies Services, ensure programmes are aligned to recent curriculum changes and safeguard future NHS Talking Therapies training delivery.

We intend to re-procure the following training programmes nationally in 2023/24: - Core Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) training - Core High Intensity Therapist (HIT) CBT Training - PWP Supervision - HIT Supervision - Long Term Conditions and Medically Unexplained Symptoms (LTC-MUS) Top-up training for PWP and HIT CBT Therapists It is our intention to hold the event on Wednesday 2nd August 2023 at 13:00 until 14:30pm.

This will provide interested parties the opportunity to hear more about; - Background and service context - Proposed scope of procurement exercise - Outline of the Procurement process (indicative timelines) There will be representations from NHS England commissioning leads, Subject Matter Experts and procurement teams.

The event will provide an opportunity for potential providers to find out more about the process that we anticipate following, general discussion and an opportunity to network.

The event will be conducted in the form of an online presentation and discussion, organised through MS Teams.

Please RSVP by 31st July 2023 by 2pm with the name, title and contact details for attendees (a maximum of two attendees per organisation) to mentalhealth@hee.nhs.uk An invite to the session will be sent prior to the event.

The contracting authority reserves the right not to proceed with the Procurement, or any part thereof, or change the requirements as necessary at any time.

Any procurement will be conducted under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 if the Authority decides to proceed with the opportunity, where a separate advert will be released advertising the opportunity.
