The procurement contact named on the official notice.
The nature of this pandemic and the pace of interventions required has led the Council to quickly develop a hub and spoke model for delivery of rapid result testing in a targeted and scaled way to contain the spread of the virus and reduce transmission in higher risk population groups.
The aim of this critical service is to capture data about levels of asymptomatic infection in target areas of Birmingham to reduce infection rates and particularly avoid further spread to vulnerable citizens that may develop a serious infection.
This contract is to address high prevalence communities as identified by epidemiology and is delivered by mobile testing services.
