Derry City and Strabane District Council (DCSDC) wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced firm to Design, Supply and Deliver New Festive Lighting Schemes for the Derry City and Strabane Town Centres.

The focus of the Festive Lighting schemes is the annual switch on events situated around the main trees in November and special consideration to be given to these areas.

Tender reference T ENV21-035 The tender will be assessed as a complete package detailing the individual site areas.

Council will appoint lot 1 for continuity of designs to a single successful bidder, Lot 2 can be awarded separately.

Contractors can apply for either Lots 1 or 2 or both lots.

Please note: Council advise the prospective suppliers that this tender is based on the availability of budget and Council reserve the right to purchase all, some or none of the goods within this document.

Lot 1 Design, Supply and Delivery of New Festive Light Scheme for Derry City Centre, and the Design, Supply and Delivery of New Festive Light Scheme for Strabane Town Centre.

Lot 2 10year lease of 1no 60’ Artificial Cone Tree for Guildhall Square and 1no.

40’ Artificial Cone Tree for Abercorn Square as detailed in CfT documents and also specification minimum requirements in the appendices.
