BHC has entered into an agreement with a supplier for the supply of a pilot boat.
Under the terms of that agreement, BHC shall acquire and commission a pilot boat for the transportation of pilots between Belfast Harbour and vessels in Belfast Lough.
BHC may (at its discretion) require maintenance and/or spare parts for the pilot boat from the successful supplier.
BHC shall retain the option of purchasing such services from the successful supplier for a period of up to 10 years following supply of the pilot boat.
