TVCA are seeking to procure a sole provider framework covering monitoring equipment capable of collecting cycling and pedestrian flows on our Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan (LCWIP) priority corridors.
The framework will be accessed through call off agreements with TVCA and the five Tees Valley local authorities (Darlington Borough Council, Hartlepool Borough Council, Middlesbrough Council, Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council and Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council).
