Minor Works – Building Framework

The University requests tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified contractors in order to establish a framework contract for the provision of building works.

The objectives is to secure value for money; Streamline the procurement process; Promote a long-term partnership with contractors; Reduce tendering and bidding costs; Eliminate risk of Modern Day Slavery within the supply chain.

The estimated value is £18,000,000 over the maximum four (4) years framework duration.

The Framework will be established for an initial period of two (2) years(s) with an option to extend for a further periods of one (1) year up to a total of four (4) year(s) in total.
