The brief

Market engagement to gain insight as to the level of interest there is to provide Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) with a bespoke High Intensity Use service across the five North West London Boroughs, including Brent, Harrow, Hillingdon, Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster, to support this cohort of individuals.

The Trust would like to develop a different, non-clinical approach to address some of the underlying social needs that are not being met by the existing system.
