Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS) "Integrated Energy Solution Mechanism" (IESM) Background The Catapult's MEP and other ESC Project teams are continuing to develop an Integrated Energy Solution Mechanism (IESM) that can be deployed across the public sector estate that will allow sites to cut energy costs and carbon.
The mechanism is targeted at allowing the public estate to achieve at least 50% direct carbon emissions reductions by 2032 against a 2017 baseline, through the design and installation of a combination of innovative and established technologies.
The Catapult is now seeking to set up a DPS framework to primarily support and enhance the capabilities of the MEP project and other ESC projects and teams in the future.
