The Association of North East Councils Trading as the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) seeks to establish a multi-supplier, multi-lot Framework Agreement for the provision of library books and digital content for use by contracting authorities throughout the United Kingdom The Framework Agreement will be made available to all Members and Associate Members of NEPO including Local Authorities and other Contracting Authorities located in the United Kingdom.
