The brief

Tenders are invited to carry out a survey of AMR E. coli, Campylobacter and Salmonella on chicken and turkey meat on retail sale in the UK in 2022.

We anticipate that the survey will be in two phases: Lot 1.

Survey design, sample collection at retail and transportation to the testing laboratory Lot 2.

Microbiological testing, data analysis and reporting.
