NO 3967542 NHSCT FRAMEWORK FOR MINOR WORKS

The project is for the provision of Minor Works to properties within Northern Health and Social Care Trust including for aids and adaptations of private dwellings for a period of 4 years.

The Contracting Authority is seeking to appoint a maximum of 4 nr Contractors to a framework (with 1 nr Contractor appointed to each of Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3 with 1 nr Contractor appointed to Lot 4 (Reserve Status for Lots 1-3).

Lot 5 is for Trustwide mini competitions, all successful economic operators will be eligible for these work packages) under which the Contracting Authority may enter into Call-off Contracts for the provision of Minor Building Works including for Aids and Adaptations of private dwellings which may incorporate Mechanical and Electrical Building Services, directly employed labour, Civil Engineering, Roofing, Flooring, Windows, Painting, Glazing Works, and other related specialist works.

Any Call-off Contracts awarded under the terms of the Framework Agreements shall comprise the NEC4 Term Service Short Contract June 2017.

The framework shall comprise of 5 lots as follows: • Lot 1: Antrim Area Hospital Site • Lot 2: Southern Locality • Lot 3: Northern Locality • Lot 4: Reserve • Lot 5: Trustwide (mini competitions)
