*** This is a Prior Information Notice and not a call for competition**** During the global pandemic FSCS further enhanced its smarter working office working environment which included extending collaboration spaces and introducing additional hybrid meeting technology.

It has become clear that to effectively manage our office environment we will be required to monitor office occupancy during the short, medium, and long term.

As smarter working patterns evolve, FSCS requires an office design contractor to design and create new workspaces for us.

To achieve this, FSCS is planning to undertake a procurement exercise to appoint up to five (5) contractors to an office design contractor framework that will facilitate appointed firms to bid on future office design specifications created by FSCS.
