The Council wishes to procure a Contractor to provide a comprehensive Building Works Adaption Service, Handyperson Service and Repair, Refurbishment and Improvement to both occupied and unoccupied properties.
Orders will be issued on an ad-hoc basis and payments will be made on completion of the works following sign off from the Councils Contract Administration Officer.It is the Council’s intention to divide these requirements into 3 (three) Lots as follows:Lot 1: Building works associated with Disabled Facility Grants and similar adaptationsLot 2: Handyperson serviceLot 3: Building works including but not limited to repair, refurbishment and improvements to housing (including empty homes) and other council stock
