Livv Housing Group sought bids to establish a framework of contractors to support Livv Maintenance in providing responsive repairs covering the following lots: Lot 1: Joinery Lot 2: Damp proof works Lot 3: Roofing (note: this lot was not awarded) Lot 4: General building Lot 5: Drainage Lot 6: Groundworks Lot 7: Masonry / brickwork Lot 8: Plastering Lot 9: Electrical Lot 10: Gas Lot 11: Plumbing Lot 12: Windows and doors Livv Housing Group has a stock of approximately 13,000 homes and whilst their main area of operation is currently Knowsley, services may also be required within the wider Liverpool City Region.
In addition to this, the Group also has some outlying stock in the broader North West area.
The outcome of the tender process is a 4 year framework agreement
