Development of a Park

The trust awarded a contract in 2020 to Horticon Ltd for initial phases of development of a public park which include site enabling works that include remediation of the site, planting and preparation of base courses for the park network.
These phases are nearing completion.
The trust would like to award the final phase to Horticon which will start this summer 2022 with a target completion date of August 2023.
