BMKFA have awarded a contract to provide appropriate venues, equipment and facilities in collaboration with Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service /instructors, to deliver firefighting training including Fire Behaviour, Tactical Ventilation simulation, Highway scenarios, Breathing Apparatus assessments, Incident Command assessment exercises, Multi-Agency scenarios, Open Programme Instructor development courses and Incident Command refresher courses, in accordance with National Operational Guidance and standards.
As part of the collaborative package BFRS will provide instructors to the Provider (the Fire Service College) to utilise for up to 300 days a year to support the delivery and development of the Provider (the Fire Service College) courses.
