The brief

London Borough of Tower Hamlets are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified organisations for Delivering Youth Based/ASB Diversionary activities directly in and around Tower Hamlets Homes (THH) estates.

Utilising innovative ways to engage and help young people reach their potential across all THH estates using a detached and estate-based model.

Project Aim is two-fold, namely: 1.

To engage young people in activities to prevent them from getting involved in anti-social behaviour and to keep them engaged in positive activities.

Contractors should work with young people and adults 11-25 years old.

2.

To offer recreational, social and enrichment activities for young people and adults who live and congregate in THH estates during the daytime during the school holidays, evenings and weekends during school term.

Total funds available are £337,500.

The maximum available for each lot is set below.

There are 6 lots covering the following THH areas: • Lot 1 - Bethnal Green/Whitechapel - £82,660.50 • Lot 2 – Globe Town - £69,588 • Lot 3 – Stepney/Whitechapel - £74,188.50 • Lot 4 – Shadwell/Wapping - £43,785.75 • Lot 5 – Bow - £34,785 • Lot 6 – Poplar/Limehouse - £32,492.25
