ERP Pre-Procurement Market Engagement/Discovery Exercise
The procurement contact named on the official notice.
The London Borough of Enfield (LBE) is undertaking this pre-procurement market engagement/discovery exercise to gather market intelligence with regard to a future Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution for its future Finance, HR, Exchequer (Payroll) and Procurement requirements.
As part of this pre-procurement market engagement/discovery exercise, potential providers will be required to provide a demonstration of their solution that is based upon pre-defined scenarios to be provided by LBE shortly after the closing date for registering your interest.
Demonstrations are to take place early June.
For information on how to request the pre-defined scenarios and to book a place on one of the available demonstration dates, potential providers should register their interest via the London Tenders Portal https://www.londontenders.org, no later than 12 noon on Friday 20th May.
This initial engagement/discovery exercise will help inform options and further decision making.
For the avoidance of doubt, this PIN is intended as an awareness/information gathering exercise only and is not a call for competition, is not a pre-qualification process and is not the start of a formal procurement exercise.
Participation or non-participation in this pre-procurement market engagement/discovery exercise shall not prevent any potential provider participating in, nor shall it place any potential provider at an advantage in any future procurement opportunity.
Any future procurement opportunity could be published between July and September 2022.
However, this timeframe is indicative and LBE reserves the right to reschedule any forthcoming publication at any time
