The Council wants to work with a Provider who will: • make initial contact with the Individual within 2 working days of receiving the referral to arrange a mutually convenient time. • have commenced support within 5 working days of initial contact.
The Council wish to work with a Provider who can deliver all three interrelated elements of the Direct Payment Support service: (A) Advice Guidance and Support for Direct Payments (B) Holding Account for Direct Payment recipients (C) Payroll, HMRC and Pension services for Direct Payment recipients
