Wealden District Council (‘the Council’) are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to act as Principal Contractor in the design and construction (RIBA stages 4 – 7) of new affordable housing, including demolition, external works and drainage at the Streatfeild House Uckfield site.The Streatfeild House site consists of a large two storey building consisting of 43 flats, communal lounge and office plus outbuildings with hard and soft landscaped areas.
The building is empty and secured.
