The brief

Hull City Council seeks experienced providers for domestic abuse housing related support services (DA-HRS) to provide specialist and tailored support to service users impacted by domestic abuse in a range of safe accommodation settings and in their own homes through housing related outreach support.

The focus of these services will be prevention of harm and working in a trauma informed and empowering way with women (with or without their children) to provide them with stability and a safe space or safe home to enable them to rebuild their lives and maximise their independence free from abuse.

The services will need to be delivered in partnership with the broader housing services, domestic abuse services and wider partnership agencies in recognition that no one Service Provider can meet the range of needs service users and their children require and that a multi-agency response is needed.
