The brief

The Authority is seeking one or more Providers to manage the allocation, ongoing provision of the Authority’s emergency temporary accommodation and to provide Intensive Housing Management to the occupants in their properties enabling a timely move on to more settled accommodation.

The successful Provider shall also be responsible for the maintenance of the properties as detailed within the draft Leases. • Lot 1 Caridas House Only • Lot 2 Priory Place Only • Lot 3 Jubilee House Only • Lot 4 Caridas House and Priory Place • Lot 5 Caridas House and Jubilee House • Lot 6 Priory Place and Jubilee House • Lot 7 All Properties Caridas House provides 14 units (5 x single and 9 x family), Jubilee House provides 4 units (all 2-bedroom self-contained flats) and Priory Place provides 5 single units of emergency temporary accommodation with shared facilities for people who are homeless in Gloucester whom the Authority have a statutory duty to rehouse.

The requirement will be for an initial period of 2 Years with the option to extend by a further two periods of twelve months each
