LUV01124 - The Provision of planned and reactive maintenance of ventilation and cooling systems at the University of Leicester
The University of Leicester wishes to enter into contract(s) for the provision of planned and reactive maintenance services of the University's ventilation and cooling systems.
The procurement is split into 3 lots, lot 1 for ventilation systems maintenance, lot 2 for cooling systems maintenance and the third for a 'one-stop-shop' combined bid for ventilation and cooling.
The University will award contracts for lot 1 and 2, or 3.
The contract(s) are for 3 years from 1 February 2023 to 31 January 2026 with an option to extend for a further 24 months to 31 January 2028.
