The brief

NR are informing bidders of our intension to form a framework for Eastern Region Assest Protection Team.

NR Eastern Region Assest Protection Team support outside parties completing work alongside NR infrastructure and 3rd parties investing in NR infrastructure.

Facilitating smooth, efficient project delivery whilst ensuring there is no impact on the safe and reliable operation of the railway now or in the future.

NR will be procuring a framework of suppliers for Lot 1 - Project Management, sponsorship and Commercial Lot 2 - Engineering Lot 3 - Construction & Planning The procurement process will be carried out on NR procurement portal and will start in December 2022.

Bidders will be required to register on https://networkrail.bravosolution.co.uk if not already registered Bidders who would like to take part in the process MUST be registered on the Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme (RISQS) with the following codes for the lot(s) they are bidding for: Lot 1 H.K.8 Project Management, H.K.8.2 Programme Management, H.K.3 Commercial Services, K.K.3.3 Post Contract Commercial Management Lots 2 B.C.4 Signalling Design and Consultancy, B.C.4.1 Signalling Consultancy, C.C.3.3 Civil Engineering Design and Consultancy, C.C.3.3.1 Civil Engineering Consultancy, C.E Infrastructure Consultancy and Design, C.E.1 Track Consultancy, F.C.6 Electrification Design and Consultancy, F.C.6.1 Electrification Consultancy, H.E.5 Telecoms Consultancy and Design, H.E.5.2 Telecoms Technical Evaluation, H.E.5.3 Telecoms Consultancy, H.L.2 Building, H.L.2.1 Building Consultancy.

Lot3 A.A.1 Contingent Workforce, A.A.1.6 Temporary Labour (Civils), A.A.1.7 Temporary Labour (Building Works), C.C.3.3 Civil Engineering Design and Consultancy.

NR will invite interested parties to attend a presentation and Q and A session via teams on Wednesday 14th December 2022 at 11.00.
