The review will encompass consideration of the achievements of each subsidiary against initial plans and expectations; assessment of the current position of each subsidiary taking into consideration both internal and external factors, determining a range of appropriate options for future direction, recommendations for future strategic imperatives of each subsidiary to cover the period 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2026 and presentation of a final report encompassing agreed plans for each subsidiary going forward.
