New Museum Project - Trade Package: Main Demolition Work

The Museum of London is looking to award Keltbray Built Environment Ltd to provide demolition works as part the Museum of London's New Museum Project.

These works are to be contracted as a trade contract with the Museum of London, working under its nominated Construction Manager.

These works shall comprise the planning, sequencing, management, temporary works design, coordination, project specific method statements, technical submittals, risk assessments, delivery, offloading, storage, distribution, setting out, positioning, demolition, strip-out, integration of specialists Trade Contract designs, monitoring, and handover of the complete Strip-Out and Demolition Works.
