All Age Gender Dysphoria service.

Provide a comprehensive, high-quality client led service to all ages who identify as transgender and those questioning their sexuality or gender identity, promoting respect, dignity and equality for trans people.<br/><br/>It will include support for individuals who identify as lesbian, gay or bisexual.

The service will be client led, delivered by experienced and trained staff, including LGBTQ+ staff with lived experience.<br/><br/>The service will provide support for both medical and social transitioning.

Many clients accessing the service will not move forward with medical transitioning, however, this service offers an important step to provide individuals with space and time so they are equipped with all the knowledge and support to make an informed decision.
