The JCT Measured Term Contract is for the Trust’s Building and Engineering Works and is designed for use by the Solent NHS Trust Estates and Facilities Management as the Employees who have a regular flow of maintenance, minor works and improvement projects that they would like to be carried out by a single Contractor over a specified period of time.
The idea of a JCT MTC contract is to have a designated Tier 1, Contractor with a Tier 2 Contractor (who will be awarded works packages in the event that the Tier 1 Contractor lacks capacity), to manage the works packages.
