EMH Care and Support Limited is a provider of specialist care and supported housing services at various locations across the East Midlands region. in order to deliver this, a number of agencies are required to provide temporary and relief staffing for its in-house workforce.
Expenditure on agency staff is currently in the region of £3m per annum (including VAT, where applicable), and there are contractual arrangements in place until 1 August 2023 (a neutral vendor).
