The Council wishes to invite further competition responses for the supply of services in respect of the Councils main insurance programme The aims/objectives/service priorities of this contract are: - Maintain sufficient cover for the Councils risks - Secure value for money - Ensure a non-complex service delivery model reflecting the current Council structure in respect of the insurance risk and service Further information on the requirement and relevant performance standards are available within the Specification.
The contract commencement date is 1st April 2023 The Council proposes to enter into one contract for an initial period of 5 years with the preferred supplier, with an option to extend for a further period of 2 years in increments of 12 months making 7 years in total
