The Pathway offers a range of supported accommodation for adults with persistent mental health needs aimed at promoting recovery and increased independence.
The Pathway fits within the wider health and social care system in Lewisham, working closely with the NHS (e.g. the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust [SLaM]) and the South East London ICB provision.
It is expected that the successful tenderer will begin provision of the service on 01/04/2024.
