West Sussex Wellbeing Service Collaborative includes the following Wellbeing services based out of local district and borough authorities funded by West Sussex County Council (WSCC) Public Health: • Mid Sussex District Council (Procurement collaborative lead) • Chichester District Council• Arun District Council• Adur and Worthing District Councils• Horsham District CouncilWest Sussex Wellbeing is a countywide adult health improvement and prevention programme delivered at scale, addressing modifiable risk factors, and supporting wellbeing for all adults who live and/or work in West Sussex, with a focus on reducing inequalities.
The aim of this service is to develop and provide a coordinated countywide Falls Prevention Exercise Service for adults of all ages available across five Districts and Boroughs in West SussexThe Commencement Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on 1 August 2023 at 00:00 hours.
