Provision of Property Asset Valuations and Insurance Reinstatement Valuations

Southend-on-Sea City Council is carrying out this procurement excersize for the provision of Property Asset Valuations and Insurance Reinstatement Valuations and other ad-hoc valuation related work on a call-off basis.

The services are essential for Council to deliver the mandatory revaluations of assets for accounting purposes and for the protection and insuring of the Council’s Assets as well as the accurate calculation of values against which the Council may wish to borrow or fund ancillary projects.

Contract term will be for an initial 8 months (to align with end of financial year), with an intended commencement date of 1 August 2023 with an option to extend at the Council’s sole discretion for further periods up to a maximum contract duration of 56 months.
