Jisc has established an agreement with a single supplier to become the partner for Jisc for a portfolio of fibre-based and cellular connectivity solutions, including (but not limited to) the following: - 1Gbit/s fibre-based Janet connectivity plus cellular backup based on 5G capable hardware. - 10Gbit/s fibre-based Janet connectivity plus cellular backup based on 5G capable hardware. - xDSL internet connectivity plus cellular backup based on 5G capable hardware. - Cellular only internet connectivity based on 5G capable hardware. - SIM-only cellular services. - SD-WAN services - Guest Wi-Fi services. - Capability to provide 100Gbit/s services. - VoIP services. - National field force, able to deliver and support services in all areas of the UK.
