Gwynedd Council will be leading on the procurement exercise on behalf of Anglesey, Gwynedd, Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire County Councils to appoint a suitable contractor/organisations to undertake the management and implementation of the Bwrlwm ARFOR Work Stream.
