The Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk (the Council) invites tenders from suitably qualified Construction Companies to Design, Build and Commission two Active Travel Hubs and Construction of a Road.
Active Travel Hubs provide information, engagement opportunities and facilities with the aim to encourage local communities and visitors to travel more actively.
Works to be completed and buildings and road in use by 1st November 2025.
The Council is looking to develop a network of Active Travel Hubs (ATH) which will serve King’s Lynn town centre and the Nar Ouse business park development.
This tender is for the construction the first two of these hubs, at Baker Lane, King's Lynn and within Nar Ouse Enterprize Zone, as well as an access road at Nar Ouse Way.
