The Palace of Westminster needs essential restoration to preserve it for future generations and to support the operations of UK Parliament.
The Delivery Authority has developed a draft Strategic Partners Procurement Strategy and wishes to work with suitably qualified and experienced long-term Strategic Partners to deliver the restoration and renewal works, the vision and strategic objectives.
The Strategic Partners are: 1.
A Design Services Partner to undertake design services.
2.
An Integrator to oversee, manage and integrate the programme.
3.
A Construction Partner to support the development and completion of the design and procure, undertake, and manage the works.
A letter has been published by David Goldstone CBE, Chief Executive of the Restoration and Renewal Delivery Authority Ltd, to highlight the Delivery Authority's commitment to this procurement and the importance of our consultation with the market in the development of the Delivery Authority's Procurement Strategy for the procurement of the Strategic Partners.
