The Association of North East Councils trading as the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) has established a framework agreement for the supply of rock salt in bulk and bagged forms required to enable contracting authorities to meet their winter maintenance services responsibilities.
The products will be delivered to a notified list of delivery sites for North East located contracting authorities and designated sub-regions across the UK for all other contracting authorities.
