NGN are looking to establish a framework of approximately six appropriately experienced land remediation contractors to which individual land remediation projects will be mini-tendered in a traditional build only arrangement, with designs provided by one of NGN's four Contaminated Land Consultancy framework partners.
Opportunities for combined design and build projects may also arise.
The likely contracting methodology between NGN and contractor framework partners will be based on an NEC3 contract.
This is the first stage of a multistage procurement process which will comprise formal pre-qualification, Tender and Contracting.
