T23/15_Cambridge and Chelmsford Residential Summer Cleaning Services

A cleaning contractor is required to clean the rooms/areas in our Residential areas at our Cambridge and Chelmsford campuses which are vacated in early/mid-June each year, and to clean parts of the Halls of Residences as required throughout a defined period during the summer months for summer business (exact dates to be confirmed each year with the Universities Facilities manager or their representative – usually 14-16 weeks, early/mid-June – mid/late September each year), ensuring rooms/areas are ready for the new student intake in September.

There may also be a requirement to provide hotel style cleaning for any commercial summer business for student rooms that are used for this purpose throughout the summer.
