Purpose of this notice: The purpose of this PIN is to inform the market that DfE is considering the options for the continuing delivery of The National Apprenticeship and Skills Awards which is an existing awards process that celebrates its 21st year of delivery in 2024.
Alongside National Apprenticeship Week and the Top 100 Apprenticeship employers, it forms an integral part of a 3-point employer and stakeholder celebration strategy within the Department for Education.
This project continues to receive significant support from a range of sectors and stakeholders at Ministerial and board level through to individual students and apprentices.
The aim of the project is to keeping growing the prestige of the awards and then generate best practise examples to inspire and influence others to deliver high quality apprenticeships and T Levels.
Service required: We are looking for an end-to-end quality assurance supplier that includes; 1.
Quality assurance of all awards entries 2.
Management of regional and national judging panels 3.
Management of awards helpline 4.
Update awards category criteria when needed 5.
Design integration/guidance for potential applicants.
