The service offers support on a range of different mental health and emotional wellbeing concerns: • Low mood: sadness, low motivation • Mild to moderate anxiety: worries, irrational fears and concerns • Common challenging behaviours • Family and peer relationship difficulties • Difficulty adjusting to change and transition • Difficulty managing emotions The service provides access for low level mental health and emotional wellbeing, encompassing different methods of support (e.g. assemblies, workshops, groups, 1:1).
