The brief

The City of Wolverhampton of Council (CWC) are seeking tenders for the supply of two new only 360° rotating wheel materials handlers with hydraulic high-lift cabs, complete with rotating materials grabs.

The offer must be fully inclusive of a complete 5-year full service, maintenance, and repair (SMR) contract for the machines, and any other equipment fitted to them at the point of purchase.

The machines need to be suitable for operations undertaken at the City Council’s household waste and recycling centres (HWRC), these being located at Anchor Lane and Shaw Road.

Shaw Road HWRC Wolverhampton WV10 9LA.

Anchor HWRC, Coseley Bilston WV14 9NE.

The sites operate seven days a week 8.00am to 16.00pm, including public and bank holidays throughout the year.

This excludes Christmas day.

The machines are required to be road legal and maintained as such.
