Newport City Council is developing a Dynamic Purchasing System for the recycling of a range of waste streams.
Please note that Newport City Council intends to use the Dynamic Purchasing System from its inception.
Other named parties do not offer a commitment to use the DPS Agreement.
The Parties acknowledge that participating authorities may enter into purchases with seller or sellers(s) participating in the DPS and that this is at the sole discretion of the Authorities and subject to satisfaction of all terms and conditions of the Agreement.
